Held to semiconductor standards.
Quality, environmental stewardship, and worker safety are engineered into RAP’s operation from the ground up — not bolted on afterward.
ISO certifications in progress
RAP is actively pursuing three complementary ISO certifications that together cover product quality, environmental management, and occupational safety.
ISO 9001
Quality management systems — the framework for consistent, customer-focused product delivery.
ISO 14001
Environmental management systems — measured commitments on resource efficiency and waste minimization.
ISO 45001
Occupational health and safety management systems — formalizing the processes that protect workers on-site.
Trusted infrastructure
We build on SOC 2 Type 2 compliant providers: AWS (via Netlify) for hosting and Neon for our database.
Sustainable purification
RAP’s hydrochloric acid purification plant is a cutting-edge facility designed to transform industrial-grade HCl — typically at 35–37% purity — into ultra-high-purity semiconductor-grade HCl.
The facility prioritizes advanced purification technologies, resource efficiency, and waste minimization.
Domestic supply-chain security
RAP’s domestic production eliminates international shipping uncertainties, providing reliable delivery schedules customers can depend on.
Feedstock sourcing and purification occur exclusively within U.S. facilities. RAP will not use Niacet or any Chinese suppliers.
Safety
Hydrochloric acid is a high-hazard chemical. RAP handles it with the disciplined processes that experience in chemical transportation and industrial operations demands.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and handling guidance for RAP products are available on request. For safety information related to a current or prospective order, please contact us.
